Introduction

Introduction

Equipment condition monitoring is an important part of production process quality control. It aims to achieve real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance of equipment status by collecting and analyzing equipment operation data. GB/T 37942-2019 standard provides clear technical specifications for digital workshops in discrete manufacturing.

Comparison of standard frameworks

Dimensions Requirements of this standard Comparison with GB/T 37393-2019 Industry practice
Overall requirements Clearly define the structure (data collection, processing, output) and basic requirements (online monitoring, digitization, data consistency, reliability) of the equipment condition monitoring system. It is consistent with GB/T 37393-2019, and further refines the technical implementation details. The industry generally adopts a similar structure, but there are differences in the specific threshold settings.
Data Collection The data selection principles (correlation, sensitivity, stability, interpretability) and classification methods (device data, sensor data, collector data) are standardized. Added support for mixed modes of automatic and manual collection. Some companies have achieved fully automated collection, but small and medium-sized companies still rely on manual assistance.
Data Processing The data preprocessing process (feature extraction, filtering processing) and state discrimination methods (threshold discrimination, aggregation discrimination) are emphasized. Compared with the previous version of the standard, the use of dynamic baseline data has been added. There are large differences in data processing algorithms between enterprises.

Explanation of professional terms and practical application cases

Baseline data: refers to the baseline value of the characteristic value of the equipment under normal conditions, which is used to compare and analyze abnormal conditions. For example, in CNC machine tools, the baseline data can be the average value of the spindle load rate.

Aggregation discrimination: Through comprehensive analysis of the status of multiple basic units, a conclusion on the system-level status is obtained. For example, on an automobile assembly line, the status of the entire production line can be evaluated by monitoring the data of sensors at each workstation.

Implementation suggestions

  1. Data acquisition layer:Give priority to the use of automated acquisition technology (such as RFID, industrial sensors) to ensure the real-time and accuracy of data. For key equipment, high-precision sensors can be deployed to improve monitoring effects.
  2. Data processing layer:Choose appropriate threshold discrimination and aggregation methods according to enterprise needs. It is recommended to conduct a small-scale test before implementation to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.
  3. System integration:Ensure the seamless connection between the equipment status monitoring system and the MES/ERP system to achieve unified management and application of data.
  4. Staff training:Provide in-depth training for technical personnel to familiarize them with standard requirements and specific implementation methods. It is recommended to organize internal exchange meetings regularly to share best practices.
