With the rapid development of my country's aerospace industry, the reliability requirements of aerospace electronic equipment for tantalum capacitors are increasing. GB/T 38346-2019, as the first national standard specifically for the control of tantalum capacitor materials for aerospace, systematically regulates the full process requirements from raw material screening to supply chain management for the first time. The standard was compiled by China Zhenhua Group and filled the gap in the basic material standards for aerospace electronic components.

After testing, it was found that the oxygen content of the FTA500 tantalum powder provided by the supplier reached 5800×10-6, exceeding the standard limit of 3500×10-6. After changing to a qualified supplier in accordance with clause 3.4.2 of this standard, the product failure rate was reduced to 0.1ppm.
