Introduction

Standard Background and Technology Evolution

GB/T38672-2020, as my country's first national standard in the field of big data interfaces, fills the gap in interoperability specifications for the big data ecosystem. This standard is based on the evolution of the GB/T35589-2017 Big Data Reference Architecture, focusing on solving the lack of standardization of cross-system data interaction.

Analysis of core interface framework

Interface type Connection module Core function Technical implementation
Interface 1 Data provider ↔ Application provider Data collection/verification Filebeat, REST API
Interface 2 Data consumer ↔ Application provider Stream/graph data analysis Gremlin, SQL extension
Interface 3 Application provider ↔ Framework provider Computation and storage instructions MapReduce, OLAP

Key technical requirements

Stream data analysis interface specifications

Clause 6.3 of the standard clearly requires that the stream interface should support three time windows:

  • Tumbling window
  • Sliding window
  • Session window
In the financial risk control scenario, real-time transaction anomaly detection can be achieved through a 5-minute sliding window, and the window overlap setting must meet the accuracy requirements of Clause 6.3.7 of the standard.

Implementation Suggestions

  1. Interface compatibility design: It is recommended to give priority to the REST and SQL extension solutions recommended by standards 5.2-5.6.
  2. Security protection measures: Interface 5 needs to implement the two-way authentication mechanism required by standard 6.6.
  3. Performance optimization: Establish an interface monitoring indicator system in accordance with clause 6.1.3 of the standard.

Industry application cases

A provincial government big data platform adopts the standard Interface 4 specification to achieve data verification between 12 department systems:

  • The response time for marriage registration verification is shortened from 3 days to 5 seconds
  • Data consistency reaches 99.99% required by standard 6.2.3
