1. Sample preparation specifications
The standard requires that samples must meet the following requirements: dispersion> 95%, background contrast> 30%. Core samples are prepared according to GB/T29172-2012, and the surface tension coefficient of emulsion samples must be controlled at 0.02-0.05N/m.
2. Image acquisition parameters
- Optical magnification selection formula: M=20/Dmax (Dmax is the estimated maximum particle size)
- Light source intensity adjustment range: LED ring light source 1500-3000lux is recommended
