《GB/T 39018-2020智能照明设备 非主功能模式功率的测量》由TC224(全国照明电器标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
Introduction
Interpretation of the core content of the standard
This standard establishes a unified measurement method for the power consumption of smart lighting equipment in non-main function modes (including standby, network standby, off and no-load modes). Key specifications:
| Mode type | Functional state | Typical application scenario |
|---|---|---|
| Standby mode | Only sensor/timer function activated | Infrared sensing lamp dormancy period |
| Network standby | Only network communication function activated | Smart home system standby state |
| No-load mode | Lighting function turned off but power maintained | Dimming lamp zero output state |
Key technical requirements
1. Test environment control
The laboratory needs to maintain a constant temperature of 25℃±1℃, the power supply voltage fluctuation is ≤0.2%, and the total harmonic content of the AC power supply is <3%. Accuracy requirements for power measurement equipment:
- AC instrument: uncertainty ≤0.5%
- DC instrument: uncertainty ≤0.1%
2. Special processing for network connection
For devices with wireless function, the test configuration must meet the following requirements:
Conduction test: Connect through RF cable and adjust the attenuator to make the packet error rate (PER) ≤10%
Radiation test: Build a microwave darkroom environment according to EN300328 standard and maintain a command refresh frequency of 1kHz
Comparison of test methods
| Method | Applicable scenarios | Minimum test duration | Accuracy requirements |
|---|---|---|---|
| Direct meter reading method | Stable power | 40 minutes (2 readings) | Δ≤1% input power |
| Average reading method | Steady-state non-periodic fluctuation | 30 minutes+2×10 minutes | Slope<10mW/h |
| Sampling method | Periodic/unstable power | 4 complete cycles | ±0.2% interval |
Implementation suggestions
1. Key points of equipment configuration
For devices with Rechargeable battery devices:
- Before testing, make sure the battery is fully charged or physically disconnected
- Charging circuit power consumption needs to be measured separately
2. Data recording specifications
Must record:
- Test environment temperature and humidity
- Power supply voltage waveform distortion
- Wireless signal strength (if applicable)
- Mode switching time trajectory
3. Standard evolution direction
With the development of IoT technology, future versions may add:
- Power consumption assessment of edge computing devices
- Test methods for 5G communication modules
- Special provisions for energy harvesting systems
