《GB/T 39096-2020石油天然气工业 油气井油管用铝合金管》由TC355(全国石油天然气标准化技术委员会)归口,TC355SC9(全国石油天然气标准化技术委员会石油专用管材分会)执行,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。

Introduction

Interpretation of the core content of the standard

This standard specifies the technical requirements for aluminum alloy oil pipes in the petroleum and natural gas industry, with key points:

Technical Dimensions Group I Group II Group III Group IV
Minimum Yield Strength (MPa) 325 480 340 350
Maximum Operating Temperature (℃) 160 120 220 160
Corrosion rate (mm/a) - - ≤0.25

Key technical requirements

1. Material performance classification

The standard divides aluminum alloy oil pipes into 4 groups: Group II has the highest room temperature strength (480MPa), Group III has the best high temperature resistance (220℃), and Group IV requires a corrosion rate of ≤0.25mm/a in 3.5%NaCl solution.

2. Dimension tolerance control

The outer diameter tolerance of the tube is ±1%, and the wall thickness tolerance is ±0.8~0.9mm. Special requirements include:

  • Straightness deviation ≤ 0.2% of pipe length
  • Drift gauge diameter is 3.2mm smaller than the nominal inner diameter
  • Tolerance of thickened end wall thickness ±10%

Implementation points

Corrosion test specifications

ASTM G44 standard test must be carried out for Group IV materials:

  1. Specimen thickness ≥ 2mm
  2. Test solution volume ≥ 20cm³/cm²
  3. Test period ≥ 72h
  4. Corrosion rate is calculated according to Vk=(m1-m2)/(ρ×S×tt)

Purchase and acceptance process

The order must specify 7 mandatory parameters + 5 optional parameters. The manufacturer should keep the following:

  • Heat treatment records
  • Chemical composition analysis
  • Mechanical properties test report
  • Traceability records for more than 3 years

Technology evolution analysis

This standard is modified to adopt ISO 13085:2014. The main technical differences include:

  • Add the corresponding relationship of my country's alloy system
  • Change the unit of corrosion rate to mm/a
  • Adjust the hydrostatic pressure test factor to 0.5
  • Supplement the requirement of specimen thickness ≥ 2mm
