Key technical requirements

Material strength requirements: Steel/cast steel/ductile iron with a yield strength of ≥300MPa must be used, and the bolt performance must meet the 6.8 grade standard of GB/T3098.1. Among them, when the D-type chuck is 1200<D≤1500mm, the flange diameter F is adjusted from the ISO standard 120mm to 125mm.


Implementation and application suggestions

Case: When a subway project uses a C-type chuck (D=800mm) to cut reinforced concrete piles, the H=35mm specification should be selected, and the transmission pin should be checked to see if it meets the 6×60° distribution requirement. Tag example: Chuck GB/T39140.2-C1-800×35×140


Standard evolution analysis

Compared with ISO21537-2:2004, the main improvements of this standard include: adding 230-400mm intermediate specifications, clarifying the material yield strength, and optimizing the distribution of large-diameter chuck transmission pins (from single pin to 6×60°), which is more in line with the working conditions of China's heavy construction equipment.
