《GB/T 39154-2020金属和合金的腐蚀 混凝土用钢筋的阴极保护》由TC183(全国钢标准化技术委员会)归口,TC183SC11(全国钢标准化技术委员会金属和合金的腐蚀分会)执行,主管部门为中国钢铁工业协会。
Introduction
Standard Overview
This standard is equivalent to ISO 12696:2016 and specifies the technical requirements for cathodic protection of steel bars in new and existing concrete structures, including quality management, system components, commissioning procedures and maintenance methods.
Core content analysis
| Chapter | Key points | Key data |
|---|---|---|
| 4.3 Design | Must include calculation book, construction drawings and material list | Anode system life ≥ 25 years |
| 6.2 Anode system | Classification description Conductive coating/active titanium and other anode types | Current density ≤110mA/m² |
| 8.6 Protection criteria | Instantaneous shutdown potential limit | Ordinary steel ≤-1100mV, prestressed steel ≤-900mV |
Technology Evolution Background
Traditional anti-corrosion methods are prone to failure in chloride salt environments, and cathodic protection achieves long-term protection through electrochemical polarization. In 2016, the ISO standard first systematically regulated the application of concrete scenarios, and it was adopted domestically in 2020.
Typical application: The pile foundation of the cross-sea bridge adopts a mixed metal oxide titanium anode, with a design current density of 15mA/m² and a protection potential stable at -850mV (vs Ag/AgCl).
Implementation Recommendations
- New structures should adopt active titanium anode pre-embedded design
- Concrete resistivity testing (EN 14629) is required before repairing existing structures
- At least 2 fixed reference electrodes are deployed per 100m²
