As the first technical specification in the field of waste glass resource utilization in my country, this standard has established a technical requirement system covering key links such as mechanical crushing equipment and automatic sorting lines. The following aspects are regulated mainly:

4.2 Management system requirements

Recycling operators need to simultaneously establish the three systems of quality (GB/T19001), environment (GB/T24001), and occupational health and safety (GB/T45001). The environmental management system should focus on monitoring:

  • Dust emission concentration in the crushing process ≤80mg/m³
  • Wastewater reuse rate for cleaning ≥85%
  • Noise control during the day ≤65dB(A)

6.5 Selection of sorting equipment
