Key performance test specifications

Sharpness test: GB/T 30769-2014 Appendix A method is used, requiring the cutting capacity Z value to be ≥50mm, simulating the actual cutting scene of tomatoes, meat and other ingredients.

Security inspection metal sheet: It is mandatory to implant an 85mm×13mm cold-rolled steel sheet in the cavity of the knife handle to ensure that it can pass the metal detector detection in airports and other places.


Implementation suggestions

  1. During the production process, it is necessary to focus on controlling the uniformity of Y₂O₃ doping to prevent phase change from causing brittle cracks in the tool
  2. It is recommended to use the isostatic pressing process to ensure that the volume density is ≥5.96g/cm³
  3. A 3kg load brittleness test must be carried out before leaving the factory to ensure that there are no cracks in the indentation

Technology evolution analysis

Compared with the early ceramic tool standards, this standard adds:

  • Clarify the material requirements for tetragonal zirconia
  • Add non-metallic handle deformation detection (≤0.35mm)
  • Introduce the acid fuchsin solution dyeing method to detect red absorption defects
