《GB/T 3927-2008直流电位差计》由TC104（全国电工仪器仪表标准化技术委员会）归口，TC104SC3（全国电工仪器仪表标准化技术委员会交直流仪器、测量电源装置、记录仪表分会）执行，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准适用于准确度等级为0.0001~0.1[1ppm~1000ppm(百万分之几),1×10-6~1×10-3(科学标记法scientificnotation)]的直流电位差计,并适用于上述电位差计的内附辅助设备。
本标准不适用于自动获得零平衡的电位差计,不适用于那些借平衡检测器刻度获得部分指示值的电位差计,也不适用于与电位差计一起使用的外部辅助设备。

Scope

This standard is applicable to products with an accuracy level of 0.0001~0.1 [1ppm~1000ppm (parts per million), 1×10^-6~1×10^-3 (scientific notation)] DC potentiometer, and suitable for built-in auxiliary equipment of the above potentiometer. This standard does not apply to potentiometers for which zero balance is obtained automatically, for those potentiometers which obtain a partial indication by means of a balance detector scale, or for external auxiliary equipment used with potentiometers.
