Material property correction
Formula for correction factor of difference in elastic modulus: w=(ESt/2(1-νSt2))×[(1-νSt2)/ESt + (1-νCe2)/ECe]

Compared with steel bearings, the static safety factor S0 of hybrid bearings is increased by 30-50%:
- Ball bearings under stable working conditions: 2.6 (steel 1.8)
- Roller bearings under impact working conditions: 3.3 (steel 2.5)
Implementation suggestions
Selection considerations
- Prioritize the use of Grade I/II ceramic materials that comply with ISO 26602 standard
- When Dwcosα/Dpw>0.3, the calculation coefficient needs to be recalibrated
- The axial load condition needs to calculate the P0a equivalent static load separately
Special working condition processing
For ceramic materials with elastic modulus <300000MPa, the more stringent contact stress limit should be adopted in accordance with ISO 76 standard
