Standard Background and Scope of Application
This standard was proposed by the National Technical Committee for Electronic Business Standardization and was officially implemented on June 1, 2021. It mainly regulates the business process of electronic contract evidence collection by professional institutions such as electronic certification service agencies and forensic appraisal agencies, including five core links: application, acceptance, extraction, verification, and issuance of evidence.
