《GB/T 3954-2008电工圆铝杆》由TC243（全国有色金属标准化技术委员会）归口，TC243SC1（全国有色金属标准化技术委员会轻金属分会）执行，主管部门为中国有色金属工业协会。
本标准代替ＧＢ／Ｔ３９５４―２００１《电工圆铝杆》。本标准规定了电工圆铝杆的要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输、储存及定货单内容。本标准适用于拉制电线电缆导电线芯用圆铝线、型铝线和其他电工用铝导体的连铸连轧电工圆铝杆。本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ３９５４―２００１相比，主要变化如下：
―――对品种进一步细化；
―――增加了材料牌号为１Ｂ９７、１Ｂ９５、１Ｂ９３、１Ｂ９０的电工圆铝杆Ｂ和Ｂ２两个型号；
―――增加了材料牌号为６１０１、６２０１的电工圆铝杆Ｃ、Ｄ 两个型号；
―――对各材料牌号产品的状态进行了规定；
―――化学成分要求引用ＧＢ／Ｔ３１９０中有关规定；
―――规定了不同材料牌号、不同状态下电工圆铝杆的力学性能和电性能。

1 Scope

This standard specifies requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packing, transport, storage and order content of aluminium and aluminium alloys rod for electrical purpose.
This standard is applicable to round aluminum wires and section aluminum wires for conductive wire cores of drawing wires and cables as well as aluminium and aluminium alloys rod for electrical purpose by continuous casting and rolling of aluminium conductors for other electrical purpose.

3 Requirements

3.1 Material designation, model and typical diameter
Material designation, model and typical diameter of aluminium and aluminium alloys rod for electrical purpose are detailed in Table 1.
