Breakthrough in material system: The standard requires that the reinforcement material must be alkali-free glass fiber (in compliance with GB/T 18369/18370), and the resin must pass the chemical resistance CM type certification to ensure that the strength retention rate is more than 85% in the manure liquid corrosion environment.
Structural design innovation: The three-grid volume ratio is stipulated to be 2:1:3, and the manure pipe adopts an I-type or inverted I-type staggered arrangement, with a pipe diameter of ≥100mm and a 45° bevel cut to effectively prevent short-flow.

Installation Precautions
- Foundation treatment: lay 100±10mm sand layer after compaction, and remove sharp stones
- Covering depth: ordinary type (Type I) ≤1m, reinforced type (Type II) ≤2m
- Anti-freezing measures: in cold areas, ensure that the septic tank is placed below the frozen soil layer
Key points for quality acceptance
- Wall thickness detection: ultrasonic thickness measurement at 40 points, minimum value ≥90% of the designed thickness
- Sealing test: inject water to the upper edge of the slag cleaning hole, no leakage for 24 hours
- Load verification: 1.6kN/m² static load test (simulating 2m covering pressure)
