Adopt four-level nine-digit administrative division code:
- First 6 digits: GB/T 2260 county-level and above codes
- Last 3 digits: GB/T 10114 township-level codes
2. Coordinate Coding Requirements
Mandatory provisions for spatial datum:
- Plane coordinate system: CGCS2000
- Elevation datum: 1985 National Elevation Datum
- Time expression: Beijing time (GMT+8)
Implementation Suggestions
Data Collection Specifications
It is recommended to adopt the three-synchronization principle:
- New buildings should be geocoded during the planning stage
- QR code should be generated when house numbers are issued
