Analysis of new test items
Arsenic content control
Atomic fluorescence spectrometry was added to determine arsenic content (quantitative limit 0.01μg/g), and the arsenic content of wettable powder was required to be ≤10μg/g. Actual cases show that when using nitric acid-perchloric acid digestion system, it is necessary to control the digestion temperature at 200±5℃ to prevent arsenic volatilization loss.
Persistent foaming test
GB/T28137 method is cited, and the foam volume is <40mL after 1 minute. Laboratory data indicate that samples of preparations containing silicone antifoaming agents should be allowed to stand for 30 minutes before testing to avoid false negatives.
Detection method upgrade
Determination of mancozeb by liquid chromatography
Newly added reversed-phase HPLC method (C8 column, 282nm detection):
- The derivatization reaction needs to strictly control pH=11±0.2
- Ultrasonic temperature≤20℃ (ice bath condition)
- Method precision RSD<1.5%
