Introduction

Core Values and Background of Standardization

This standard responds to the requirements of Office Document [2016] No. 37 and State Council Document [2017] No. 47, and establishes the OFD archiving technology system for government website web pages for the first time. By uniformly adopting the OFD layout document format, it solves the problems of format confusion and display distortion in traditional web page archiving.

Technical suggestions for web page construction

Case: Reconstruction of a provincial government portal website By pre-optimizing the web page structure (level ≤ 3), uniformly adopting PNG/JPEG image format, and standardizing the use of HTML5 tags, the OFD conversion completeness was increased from 62% to 91%.

Key implementation points:

  1. Front-end development must comply with W3C HTML5 specifications

  3. Metadata must be embedded in accordance with GB/T 26163.1 standard

Archive implementation specifications

The standard requires the use of the "container + document" organization method (refer to GB/T 33190-2016), and clearly states:

  • Archive frequency: regular annual archiving + instant archiving of revisions
  • Technical guarantee: long-term electronic signatures must be used
  • Display requirements: resolution ≥1024×768 pixels
  • Logo specifications: prominently mark "archived" and timestamp
