Technology evolution and standard background

This standard establishes a complete detection system for the first time for the special structure of corrugated plate deNOx catalyst:

  • Innovatively defines exclusive parameters such as pitch (center distance between adjacent plates) and geometric specific surface area
  • Introduces 10.5m/s high wind speed wear test conditions, which is closer to actual flue gas conditions
  • Specifies that multi-layer catalysts must be tested in series to ensure data comparability

Detailed explanation of key detection methods

Abrasion rate test

The quartz sand abrasion method (particle size 0.300-0.425mm) is used. Test conditions:

Wind speed 10.5±0.5m/s | Abrasive agent concentration 50±5g/m³ | Test time 2h

Calculation formula: ζh=(m1-m2)/ma×100%

Activity test

Requires 30 hours of aging pretreatment, ammonia nitrogen molar ratio controlled at 1.0-1.1, and 4 consecutive tests with a relative deviation of <3% are valid


Implementation suggestions

  1. When testing geometric dimensions, the number of measuring points should be ≥10 and evenly distributed.
  2. Specific surface area testing requires vacuum degassing at 250℃ for more than 2h
  3. System leak testing (0.3MPa nitrogen pressure maintenance) is required for reaction performance testing.
  4. It is recommended to retain ≥3 units of each batch of products for quality traceability
