《GB/T 39716-2020光催化材料及制品空气净化性能测试方法 氮氧化物的去除》由TC194(全国工业陶瓷标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国建筑材料联合会。
Introduction
Analysis of the core content of the standard
This standard specifies the test method for the purification performance of photocatalytic materials on nitrogen oxides (NOx) in the air under ultraviolet/visible light irradiation, focusing on monitoring the removal efficiency of nitric oxide (NO) and the amount of by-product generated by nitrogen dioxide (NO2).
Test principle and equipment
| Key components | Technical requirements | Parameter indicators |
|---|---|---|
| Photocatalytic reactor | Enclosed square structure, quartz/boron silicon window | Sample-window spacing 5.0±0.5mm |
| Gas supply system | NO standard gas + zero-order air mixture | NO concentration 1.0±0.05mL/m³ |
| Light source system | UV-A (300-400nm) or visible light | Irradiation intensity 10±0.5W/m² |
Key steps of the test process
- Sample pretreatment: UV light (254nm) irradiation for 8h to remove surface organic matter
- Dark reaction stage: Pass NO gas for 30min and record the initial adsorption amount
- Light reaction stage: Turn on the light source for 5h and monitor the NO/NO2 concentration in real time
- Elution analysis: Ion chromatography to determine the nitrate/nitrite on the sample surface
Performance evaluation index system
Characterize material performance through three core parameters:
- Net NO removal (μmol) = NO removal - NO2 generation
- Nitrogen recovery rate (%) = Total eluted nitrogen/Net NO removal × 100
- Stability index: Removal efficiency decay rate within 5h test period
Implementation suggestions
Laboratory configuration requirements
It is necessary to be equipped with a chemiluminescence NO analyzer (accuracy 0.0001mg/L) and a ion chromatograph. It is recommended to establish a standard gas dynamic distribution system.
Testing precautions
- Humidity must be strictly controlled at 50±5%RH (25℃ corresponds to 1.56% water vapor concentration)
- Porous samples must use special support blocks to ensure gas permeability
- UV light sources must be equipped with safety shading devices
