《GB/T 3979-2008物体色的测量方法》由TC120（全国颜色标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准代替ＧＢ／Ｔ３９７９―１９９７ 《物体色的测量方法》。本标准规定了物体色的光谱光度测色法、光电积分测色法和目视比较测量方法。本标准适用于反射物体色和透射物体色的测量，不适用于含荧光的物体色测量。本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ３９７９―１９９７ 相比主要变化如下：
ａ）修改了“适用范围”这部分内容，规定了物体色的测量的适用范围；
ｂ）将（７）色度计法修改为光电积分测色法，增加了光电积分法测色的卢瑟条件；
ｃ）增加了目视比较测量方法。

Scope

This standard specifies the spectrophotometric colorimetry, photoelectric integration colorimetry and visual comparison measurement methods for object color. This standard applies to the measurement of reflected object color and transmitted object color, not applicable to the measurement of fluorescent object color.
