Key technical requirements
Satellite image selection specifications
The standard stipulates that stereo mapping images must meet the following requirements: Same-track stereo image pairs are preferred, overlap ≥ 4%, and cloud coverage < 15%. Requirements for special terrain areas:
- 1:5000 scale: resolution ≤0.5m
- High-rise building areas: Photogrammetry system filtering processing is required
- Forest area collection: application of tree height correction coefficient
Implementation suggestions
Quality control system
Establish a three-level quality inspection mechanism:
- Self-inspection of process: Inspect immediately after each process is completed
- Process inspection: Use aerial triangulation encrypted points for accuracy verification
- Result acceptance: Perform 20% sampling inspection according to GB/T18316
Special terrain processing plan
For deformed landforms (such as landslides and gullies):
- 1:5000 mapping: height ratio>2m needs to be indicated separately
- Difficult areas for stereoscopic collection: combined with field measurement points for assistance
- Use total station to survey objects in shadow areas
Analysis of standard evolution
This standard establishes a complete technical system for aerospace photogrammetry for the first time. The main innovations are:
- Break through the limitations of traditional aerial photography and establish the status of satellite image mapping
- Clearly define the differences in DSM/DEM production processes (8.4 vs 9.4 clauses)
