Key technical implementation points
1. Establishment of spatial reference system
The 2000 National Geodetic Coordinate System (CGCS2000) and the 1985 National Height Datum are used. The 1:5000-1:10000 scale uses the 3° zone Gauss-Krüger projection, and the larger scale uses the 6° zone. In special cases, the coordinate system conversion parameters need to be clarified in the technical design.
2. Image control point layout method
Typical application case: In a 1:10000 mapping project in mountainous areas, when using GNSS RTK for field image control point measurement, it should be ensured that the point targets are clearly identifiable in the image (such as rock corners, independent features), the distance between adjacent points does not exceed 2km, and the regional quasi-geoid refined model is used for elevation conversion.
Analysis of Standard Evolution
This standard constructs a complete control measurement system for digital aerospace photogrammetry for the first time. Compared with traditional aerial photogrammetry specifications:
- Added quantitative indicators such as satellite image side viewing angle (≤25°) and overlap (≥10%)
- Introduced the concept of regional block adjustment to support joint processing of multi-source satellite images
- Specified the extraction accuracy requirements of graphic image control points (the plane reaches DOM ground object point accuracy)
Implementation Suggestions
- Instrument selection:Give priority to GNSS receivers with a nominal accuracy better than 5mm+1ppm, and calibrate them regularly
- Quality control:Establish a secondary inspection mechanism, and 100% of the adjacent point spacing in field image control point measurements must be checked
- Results management: The electronic image control point record should include the original resolution image (1023×1023 pixels) and 3D coordinate information
