Interpretation of the core content of the standard

Key technical requirements
Life cycle assessment shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T24040-2008, GB/T24044 and GB/T40100, with key assessments on:
- Resource consumption index at the raw material acquisition stage
- Unit product comprehensive energy consumption in the production process (refer to JB/T12731)
- Material recyclability at the scrap stage
Restricted substance control
Special provisions for small power motors:
- Six restricted substances (lead, mercury, etc.) must comply with the limits of GB/T26572
- Short-chain chlorinated paraffins (SCCPs) in plastic parts ≤0.15%
- The content of a single phthalate ester ≤0.1%
Implementation suggestions
- In the design phase, recyclable packaging materials that comply with GB/T18455 should be given priority
- In the production phase, a material usage record should be established (refer to the calculation formula in Appendix A)
- Testing and verification The noise test must meet both no-load and load requirements (GB/T10069 series)
