Fault diagnosis of quality control in production process

1 Scope

This document specifies the equipment fault diagnosis process, diagnosis elements and diagnosis methods of digital workshop in discrete manufacturing field.

This document is applicable to guide the discrete manufacturing field of digital locomotives for production process quality control to carry out fault diagnosis.

3.1 Anomaly

Irregularity or abnormality in a system, deviating from the standard state.

3.3 Failure

Equipment loses the ability to perform a specified function.

Note: Failure is an event different from failure, and failure is a state.

3.4 Failure mode

Observable failure effect.

3.5 Fault

The state in which a part or assembly of a machine is placed when it deteriorates or an abnormal state occurs that may cause the machine to fail.

Note 1: Failure may be the result of failure, but failure may also exist without failure

Note 2: Planned activities or lack of external resources are not failures.

3.6 Confidence level

Quality criteria indicating the accuracy of diagnosis.

Note 1: It is expressed as a percentage.

Note 2: It represents the cumulative effect of error sources on the final reliability or confidence level of the accuracy of the output results, which can be determined by calculation or weighted evaluation system.
