Specifications for accurate scrapping of expired equipment

Using the multi-parameter threshold judgment method, equipment that meets any of the following conditions should be scrapped:

The cumulative use of the whole machine is ≥12 years
Total pumping time＞8000 hours
Concrete delivery volume exceeds the critical point of 500,000 m³

A certain enterprise's pump truck has been used for 9 years and has accumulated 6100 hours of pumping. According to clause 7.3 of the standard, the annual residual wall thickness of the hydraulic hose was tested and it was found that 30% of the measuring points were <80% of the nominal thickness, and the entire pipeline was immediately replaced.
