《GB/T 41565-2022服装廓形的判定方法》由TC219(全国服装标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国纺织工业联合会。

Introduction

National Standard Core Specifications for Clothing Silhouette

Silhouette Type Morphological Characteristics Key Measurement Difference Threshold Requirements (cm)
Type A Trapezoid with Small Upper and Large Lower Chest Difference (Dhc) Overcoat≥30 Shirt≥16
Type X Hourglass Shrinkage Shape Chest-Waist Difference (Dcw) Dresses 16-36

Background of Standard Technology Evolution

Traditional clothing silhouette determination faces the difficulty of converting between two-dimensional plane and three-dimensional effect. The 2022 version of the standard innovatively introduces a section difference calculation system, and by establishing 9 key parameters such as shoulder-chest difference/hip-waist difference, it achieves the transformation from morphological description to quantitative matching.

Interpretation of typical application scenarios

Case 1: Determination of X-type dress

When measuring chest circumference of 92cm, waist circumference of 76cm and hem circumference of 105cm:

  • Chest-waist difference Dcw=16cm
  • Hand-waist difference Dhw=29cm
It meets the X-type double threshold requirements in the standard.

Implementation Guidance Suggestions

  1. Use the electronic body measurement system to collect the average value of three measurements
  2. For suit products, focus on monitoring whether the shoulder-chest difference (Dst) is ≥8cm
  3. Set up a double verification mechanism in the quality inspection process
