《GB/T 41719-2022热收缩隔油管》由TC51(全国绝缘材料标准化技术委员会)归口,TC51SC2(全国绝缘材料标准化技术委员会电工用热缩材料分会)执行,主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
Introduction
Material properties and technological evolution
This specification revision adopts the international standard IEC60684-3-284:2014, adds the expansion concentricity quality control index, and increases the thermal stability requirement of polymer materials by 10%. China's electrical manufacturing industry has gone through 20 generations of insulation material iterations to form the current technology system, which specifically solves the cable protection needs in 80℃ oil environment.
Comparison of key technical indicators
| Characteristics | Type A (Polyolefin) | Type B (Fluoropolymer) |
|---|---|---|
| Heat shrinkage temperature | 175℃±5℃ | 200℃±5℃ |
| Tensile strength (MPa) | ≥17.5 | ≥24 |
| 70-day aging retention rate | Tensile strength ≥85% | Elongation at break ≥ 90% |
Quality control system practice
Sampling inspection plan
Implement the preset S3 special inspection level of GB/T2828.1-2012, and take four characteristics inspection in two ways:
- On-site production line spot check: factory inspection includes 6 basic dimensions and mechanical indicators
- Tooling cycle inspection: type inspection covers 14 full parameters, retaining the whole batch rating principle
Transportation configuration formula
*Material storage cycle ΔT=initial inspection qualified 36 months-(actual aging inspection score×0.5)
Typical application scenario suggestions
Power transmission case
Coastal substations use Type B fluorinated material pipes to cope with salt spray environments. They have passed the 275° thermal shock test and the oil medium contact tolerance period has been increased to 1.8 times the IEC standard.
