Scope
This standard specifies the classification and naming, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of tungsten wire. This standard is applicable to black and white tungsten wires used for filaments, heating wires, grids, springs, tungsten hinges and supports in electric light sources and electronic devices.
