Scope
This standard specifies the bulk density, apparent porosity, liquid permeability, compressive strength, flexural strength, Young's modulus of elasticity, Poisson's ratio, thermal conductivity, thermal shock resistance, and average linear expansion of electronic and electrical ceramic materials. Coefficient, dielectric strength, dielectric constant and loss tangent, volume resistivity and other performance testing methods. This standard applies to the testing of the general performance of electronic and electrical ceramic materials.
