Key points for standardization implementation

High pressure hose assemblies should meet the following key requirements:
  • Hydraulic test pressure: liquefied gas 12.5MPa, non-liquefied gas 20MPa
  • Burst strength needs to reach 168% of the rated pressure
  • Operating temperature range depends on the type of medium: liquefied gas -45℃~65℃, non-liquefied gas -20℃~65℃

Extreme working condition verification method

  1. High temperature test: Inflate after maintaining in 65℃ environment for 7 hours
  2. Low temperature test: Check material flexibility after storing at -20℃ for 24 hours
  3. Pressure maintenance measurement: Operating pressure temperature rise ≤0.4kPa/℃, leakage rate <5%/30min

Material life extension management suggestions

Develop maintenance plan for key components:

  • Metal parts must meet the 50-hour double cycle requirement in salt spray resistance test
  • Coating adhesion remains ≥10N/10mm after wet heat aging
  • The sewing strength retention rate is required to reach 70% or more after the aging test
