Material life extension management suggestions
Develop maintenance plan for key components:
- Metal parts must meet the 50-hour double cycle requirement in salt spray resistance test
- Coating adhesion remains ≥10N/10mm after wet heat aging
- The sewing strength retention rate is required to reach 70% or more after the aging test
