Introduction
Analysis of the core content of the standard
| Technical elements | Special requirements for stereoscopic vision | Comparison of general standards |
|---|---|---|
| Detection principle | Stereoscopic parallax ranging | Monocular reference mode |
| Working wavelength | 400-1500nm | Unlimited |
| Detection probability | (1-2.9)×10-7 | 1×10-6 |
Key technical requirements
Stereoscopic base design: The spacing between fixed imaging devices is required to be ≥ 4 times the minimum detection distance to ensure depth measurement accuracy. Baseline stability requirements must be met when using a dual camera system.
Environmental anti-interference: It must maintain normal operation within the illumination range of 100-1500lx and pass 7 types of light source interference verification such as incandescent lamps and laser beams (see standard 5.4.6 for details).
Implementation recommendations
- The detection area setting should include a tolerance zone (STZ+PTZ), and it is recommended that the boundary be expanded to a 5σ error range
- Special chessboard/grid tests are required for periodic structural backgrounds (Figure 3)
- The optical window contamination monitoring cycle shall not exceed 168 hours
Technology evolution analysis
This standard incorporates stereo vision algorithms into the safety protection system for the first time. Compared with the 2017 version of the monocular solution:
- Position accuracy is improved by 3 times (200mm range)
- Radiation safety requirements for new pattern projection technology (PAPT)
- Introduction of a probabilistic detection capability assessment model
