《GB/T 4207-2003固体绝缘材料在潮湿条件下相比电痕化指数和耐电痕化指数的测定方法》由TC301(全国电气绝缘材料与绝缘系统评定标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
本试验方法可测量在电压最高达600V时固体电气绝缘材料在电场作用下表面暴露于含杂质的水时的相对耐电痕化性能。


Scope

This test method measures the relative resistance to tracking of solid electrical insulating materials at voltages up to 600 V when the surface is exposed to water containing impurities under an electric field. Tracking may occur in this test case when a voltage is applied between a defined electrode arrangement placed on the surface of the material and electrolyte is dripped between the two electrodes at defined time intervals. The number of droplets necessary to cause material destruction increases with decreasing applied voltage, and below a certain limit, tracking does not occur. When the material does not track under the highest test voltage, it can have different degrees of corrosion, and the corrosion depth can be measured. Certain materials are capable of burning during the test.
