Introduction
GB/T 42150.1-2022 Standard Overview
With the development of power systems, local relay protection devices have become an important technical direction due to their high efficiency and reliability. This standard specifies their testing requirements to ensure the performance of the device under various environments and operating conditions.
Background of Standardization and Technological Evolution
| Dimension | Traditional protection device | Localized relay protection device |
|---|---|---|
| Installation location | Concentrated in the control room | Close to primary power equipment |
| Response time | Long (dependent on communication network) | Extremely short, direct action |
| Environmental adaptability | Limited protection level | High protection level (such as IP66) |
Key test items and technical requirements
Insulation test and dielectric strength test
Insulation resistance requirements: The insulation resistance of the device's external live circuit to the ground and between different circuits should not be less than 100MΩ.
Withstand voltage test voltage: The rated insulation withstand voltage is 2.89kV when it is 63V~250V, and 0.723kV when it is not greater than 63V, and there is no breakdown or flashover for 1 minute.
Application case: A substation device passed the dielectric strength test under high temperature and high humidity, proving that its insulation performance is stable.
Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) test requirements
- Radiated emission: Peak scan and quasi-peak test to ensure that the interference signal is within the limit.
- Conducted emission: Reduce conducted interference through filters and shielding measures.
- Fast transient immunity:Simulate the pulse group of lightning strikes or disconnection of inductive loads to verify the device's tolerance.
Implementation suggestions
- Test preparation:Ensure that the test equipment is accurately calibrated and be familiar with the requirements in the standard.
- Test sequence:Prioritize structural and appearance inspections, and then carry out key tests such as insulation and electromagnetic compatibility.
- Result analysis:Record the test data in detail and compare it with the technical requirements to determine whether it meets the specifications.
