Key points for the control of hazardous substances

The standard strictly limits the content of short-chain chlorinated paraffin (C₁₀-C₁₃) to ≤0.1g/kg, and the content of MOCA to ≤0.5g/kg. The acceptance case of a middle school in 2023 shows that when using a polyurethane system, special attention should be paid to the free MDI test value, which should be <10g/kg.

Site foundation construction specifications

The compaction degree of the foundation layer must be ≥95%, and the transverse slope must be ≤0.5%. In severe cold areas, a 580-680mm multi-layer structure is recommended: 30mm fine asphalt + 50mm medium-grained stone + 250mm inorganic material + 250mm ash soil.
