Electromagnetic Environment Protection Frequency Range: Uplink 401.1 MHz~401.4 MHz, 402 MHz~460 MHz~470 MHz, 2025 MHz~2110 MHz, 8175 MHz~8215 MHz; Downlink Frequency Bands 1675 MHz~1710 MHz, 2200 MHz~2290 MHz, 7450 MHz~7550 MHz, 7750 MHz~7900 MHz, 8025 MHz~8400 MHz, 18.1 GHz~18.4 GHz, 25.5 GHz~27.0 GHz. Comply with the allowable values and test methods of electromagnetic interference in GB 13615-2009.
Clearance environment Shielding elevation angle θ≤4°, meeting the requirements of the formula H ≤ h + d tan(4°). Shielding elevation angle θ≤12° or 8°, depending on the industry attributes, meeting the requirements of the formula H ≤ h + d tan(12°) or H ≤ h + d tan(8°).
Vibration environment The standard value of the vertical Z vibration level is 65 dB. 75 dB during the day, 72 dB at night, measurement method refers to GB 10071.

Background of standard formulation and analysis of technological evolution

As the core facility for meteorological detection, the protection of the electromagnetic environment, clearance environment and vibration environment of meteorological satellite ground stations is crucial. With the development of meteorological satellite technology, especially the increase in the demand for high-resolution and multi-band observations, the environmental protection requirements for ground stations have also increased.

Explanation of professional terms and actual cases

Electromagnetic interference (Radio Interference): The influence of useless energy generated by other radio equipment on the antenna system of satellite ground stations may cause signal quality degradation or data loss.

Case analysis:After a new high-voltage overhead transmission line was added to the surrounding area of a national meteorological satellite ground station, it was found that the electromagnetic environment was significantly affected. By adjusting the protection distance to 0.8 km (in line with the requirements of Table 1) and optimizing the antenna layout, electromagnetic interference was successfully reduced.
