Core technology innovation
Multi-mode satellite positioning technology: The standard requires that the sonde simultaneously support the GPS L1 (1575.42MHz) and BeiDou B1 (1561.098MHz±2.046MHz) frequency bands, and achieve fast positioning with a cold start of ≤2 minutes and a hot start of ≤10 seconds through a 16-channel receiver.
Dynamic quality control algorithm: For the first time, the triple quality control mechanism is explicitly required in clause 5.2.f: instantaneous value range check (such as humidity 0-100%), meteorological element physical limit check, and comprehensive logical judgment.

Implementation suggestions
- Production quality control: It is recommended to establish a multi-point calibration system for temperature sensors (at least 10 test points). Refer to 6.6.1 and use a first-class standard platinum resistance thermometer (±0.02℃)
- Data protocol development: It is necessary to strictly follow the CRC-CCITT16 verification mechanism in Appendix A. It is recommended to use the 400.15-406MHz frequency band with an adjustable step size of 1kHz
- Environmental test optimization: The rain test should simulate a rainfall intensity of 100-150mm/h, combined with a temperature cycle test of -40℃~+50℃
