Introduction
Interpretation of GB/T 44522—2024 National Standard of the People's Republic of China
1. Background of Standard Formulation and Analysis of Technical Evolution
With the continuous improvement of the printing industry's requirements for automation and environmental protection, the centralized ink supply system, as an efficient and safe ink supply method, has gradually become the preferred solution for printing companies. However, due to the complexity and diversity of centralized ink supply systems, there is a lack of unified technical standards in the industry, resulting in uneven product quality and difficulty in installation and maintenance.
The formulation of GB/T 44522—2024 "Technical Specifications for Centralized Ink Supply Systems for Printing Machinery" aims to promote technological progress in the industry, improve product quality, reduce enterprise costs, and reduce environmental impact by standardizing the classification, design, performance and safety requirements of centralized ink supply systems.
2. Comparative analysis of standard frameworks
| Standard dimensions | GB/T 44522—2024 | Comparison with international standards | Analysis of industry status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Classification method | According to the degree of automation of the ink filling device, it is divided into fully automatic, semi-automatic and manual types. | In line with international standards, unified classification methods. | Solved the problem of inconsistent classification in the industry. |
| Structural composition | It consists of ink pump station, pipeline, ink filling device and control system. | It meets the internationally accepted modular design requirements. | Specify the technical requirements of each component and improve the system integration. |
| Performance indicators | Pressure loss ≤3%, ink filling speed ≥1.5kg/min, residual ink volume ≤2%. | Performance indicators reach or exceed the international advanced level. | Solve the pain points of low efficiency and serious waste of traditional ink supply system. |
3. Standard implementation suggestions
3.1 Design and selection suggestions
Demand survey:Fill in Appendix A "Printing Enterprise Demand Survey Form" according to the actual needs of the enterprise, and clarify key parameters such as ink type, dosage, color sequence, etc.
System design:Based on the results of the demand survey, complete the design of the ink pump station and pipeline layout, and fill in Appendix B "Design Scheme Detailed Table".
3.2 Installation and commissioning
Installation requirements:Strictly reserve interfaces and spaces in accordance with standard requirements to ensure that the installers have the corresponding qualifications (such as the electrical safety requirements specified in GB/T5226.1-2019).
System commissioning:Complete the power-on ventilation, gas pressure resistance, ink pressure resistance and other tests to ensure that the system performance meets the standard requirements.
3.3 Maintenance and care
Daily maintenance:Perform regular inspection and cleaning in accordance with Appendix C "Maintenance and care plan for centralized ink supply system", focusing on the sealing of ink pumps, pipelines and valves.
Record management:Fill in Appendix D "Maintenance and care record form" to ensure that the equipment operation status can be traced.
