Interpretation of the core content of the standard

GB/T 44530-2024 standard systematically standardizes the technical system of die-casting mold frames for the first time, mainly including the following technical elements:

  • Mold frame structure type: clarify the two mainstream structures of round guide pillars and square guide pillars
  • Dimension series: establish a complete dimension spectrum from 4040 to 370380
  • Tolerance matching: guide pillar/guide sleeve matching accuracy requirement ≥IT7 level

Key technical requirements

  1. Material specifications: Dynamic/fixed die plates must be made of P20 or equivalent die steel, with a hardness of HRC28-32

  3. Heat treatment requirements: Guide pin surface hardness ≥HRC60, hardened layer depth ≥1.5mm
