Interpretation of the core content of the standard
GB/T 44530-2024 standard systematically standardizes the technical system of die-casting mold frames for the first time, mainly including the following technical elements:
- Mold frame structure type: clarify the two mainstream structures of round guide pillars and square guide pillars
- Dimension series: establish a complete dimension spectrum from 4040 to 370380
- Tolerance matching: guide pillar/guide sleeve matching accuracy requirement ≥IT7 level

- Heat treatment requirements: Guide pin surface hardness ≥HRC60, hardened layer depth ≥1.5mm

1. Selection principle: Select the mold frame series according to the clamping force of the die-casting machine, recommended:
- ≤800T: 4040-5055 series
- 800-2000T: 6060-8080 series
