本标准代替GB/T 4456-1996《包装用聚乙烯吹塑薄膜》和GB/T 12025-1989《高密度聚乙烯吹塑薄膜》。
本标准规定了包装用聚乙烯吹塑薄膜的产品分类、要求、试验方法、检验规则以及标志、包装、运输、贮存。
本标准适用于低密度聚乙烯、线形低密度聚乙烯、中密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯等树脂及以上树脂共混为主要原料,用吹塑法生产的直接包装用和复合膜基材用薄膜。
本标准与GB/T 4456-1996《包装用聚乙烯吹塑薄膜》和GB/T 12025-1989《高密度聚乙烯吹塑薄膜》相比,主要变化如下:
———产品分类增加了PE-MD薄膜及相应的技术指标;
———4.4“卫生性能”增加了对添加剂的卫生要求;
———增加了4.5“其他性能”,指标由供需双方协商;
———5.6.1拉伸性能按GB/T 1040.3-2006规定,将试样改为“2型,宽度为10mm”。


Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of polyethylene blown film for packaging (hereinafter referred to as film). This standard applies to low-density polyethylene (PE-LD), linear low-density polyethylene (PE-LLD), high-density polyethylene (PE-HD) and other resin blends as the main raw materials, direct packaging produced by blow molding Composite film base film used.
