Scope
This document stipulates the boundaries and contents, accounting procedures, accounting methods and basis, and accounting report preparation of comprehensive energy consumption accounting of enterprises. This document is applicable to the accounting of comprehensive energy consumption, elimination of obsolete production capacity and/or reduction of excess production capacity to free up energy, and energy conservation and energy conservation projects of enterprises.
