《GB/T 462-2003纸和纸板 水分的测定》由TC141（全国造纸工业标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准规定了取样时纸和纸板水分含量的测定方法。本标准适用于各种纸和纸板，但这些纸和纸板不应含有除水分以外，在规定的试验温度下能挥发的任何物质。
Scope
This standard specifies the method for the determination of the moisture content of paper and board when sampling. This standard applies to all kinds of paper and paperboard, but these paper and paperboard should not contain any substances other than moisture that can be volatilized at the specified test temperature.
