Scope

This document specifies the terms and definitions, classification, evaluation requirements, evaluation principles, evaluation index system, scoring method, and evaluation procedures for the evaluation of the application effectiveness of central electric heating systems for household and similar purposes (hereinafter referred to as "electric heating systems"). This document applies to electric heating systems with a rated voltage not exceeding 250V for single-phase appliances and 480V for three-phase appliances, used in new, expanded, and renovated residential buildings and similar structures. This document does not apply to: electric heating systems designed specifically for industrial use; electric heating systems used in buildings with special purposes, special purification, and special protective requirements, and temporary structures; electric heating systems used in special environments where corrosive or explosive gases (such as dust, steam, or gas) are frequently generated.
