Interpretation of key technical requirements

1. Material specifications

Copper wire billets must be made of GB/T3952 standard raw materials, with density error controlled within ±0.02g/cm³, and tin purity required to be ≥99.9% of the national standard tin ingot (GB/T728).

  • The ductility test adopts the 200mm gauge method of GB/T4909.3 standard

Compliance handling of controversial issues

Discretion for sample discoloration in GB/T4909.10 testing:
When abnormal color development of the solution occurs, a special calibration line with a diameter tolerance controlled at the middle value should be used for equipment cross-verification to prevent misjudgment caused by process differences.
