Scope
This standard specifies the technical conditions and test methods of petroleum asphalt produced from the vacuum residue of natural crude oil through oxidation or other processes, as well as the requirements for packaging, marking, storage, transportation, delivery acceptance, and sampling. This standard applies to building roofing and underground waterproofing binders, manufacturing coatings, linoleum and anti-corrosion materials and other products.
