Scope
This method is applicable to the storage of tapered roller bearings coated with grease in wet conditions to determine the corrosion protection performance of grease. This method is based on the CRC technical document L41 which can show the corresponding relationship between the laboratory results and the service results of aircraft wheel bearings lubricated with grease.
