《GB/T 5065-2004热镀铅锡合金碳素钢冷轧薄钢板及钢带》由TC183（全国钢标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国钢铁工业协会。
本标准规定了用热浸镀方法镀铅锡合金的定尺长度或成卷的冷轧薄钢板及钢带的尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志及质量证明书等。本标准适用于厚度范围0.5mm～2.00mm的，用于制造汽车油箱、贮油容器及需要易焊接和抗腐蚀冲压制品的碳素钢冷轧钢板（带）。

Scope

This standard specifies the size, shape, weight and allowable deviation, technical requirements, and tests of cold-rolled thin steel sheets and strips (hereinafter referred to as steel sheets (strips)) that are plated with lead-tin alloys by hot-dip plating to length or in coils. Methods, inspection rules, packaging, signs and quality certificates, etc. This standard applies to carbon steel cold-rolled steel sheets (strips) with a thickness ranging from 0.5 mm to 2.0 mm, used to manufacture automotive fuel tanks, oil storage containers, and stamped products that require easy welding and corrosion resistance.
