Scope

1.0.1 This specification is formulated to unify the environmental protection design standards for man-made board projects, prevent pollution, and improve and protect the environment. 1.0.2 This specification is applicable to the environmental protection design of density fiberboard, particleboard and plywood projects. 1.0.3 The environmental protection design of man-made board projects should include design requirements for the prevention and control of "three wastes" such as wastewater, waste gas and solid waste, as well as noise control; accident risk prevention and emergency measures design requirements and comprehensive utilization requirements should be proposed according to the type of pollutants. 1.0.4 The environmental protection design of man-made board projects should strictly implement the national pollutant emission standards, follow the principle of "prevention first, prevention and control combined, comprehensive management", and implement the policy of comprehensive utilization of resources, saving land, water, energy and raw materials.
