GB/T5121《铜及铜合金化学分析方法》共有27部分。本部分为第2部分。本方法规定了铜及铜合金中磷含量的测定方法。本方法适用于铜及铜合金中磷含量的测定。测定范围:0.000 05%~0.000 5%。 本部分代替GB/T5121.2―1996《铜及铜合金化学分析方法 磷量的测定》、GB/T13293.6―1991《高纯阴极铜化学分析方法 磷钒钼杂多酸�步峋ё戏止夤舛确ú舛�磷量》。 本部分与GB/T5121.2―1996、GB/T13293.6―1991相比主要有如下变动:
―――方法一是对GB/T13293.6―1991的修订,补充了质量保证和控制条款,增加了精密度条款
―――方法二是对GB/T5121.2―1996中“第一篇 方法1 钼蓝分光光度法测定磷量”的修订,补
充了质量保证和控制条款,增加了精密度条款;
―――方法三是对GB/T5121.2―1996中“第二篇 方法2 钒钼黄分光光度法测定磷量”的修订,补充了质量保证和控制条款,增加了精密度条款;
―――增加了方法四,等同采用ISO4741:1984《铜和铜合金―――磷量的测定―――钒钼酸盐光度法》。
Scope
This standard specifies the method for the determination of phosphorus content in copper and copper alloys. Method 1 is applicable to the determination of phosphorus content in copper and copper alloys. Measuring range: 0.00005% to 0.0005%. Method 2 is applicable to the determination of phosphorus content in copper and copper alloys other than tin bronze. Measuring range: >0.0002%~0.12%. Method 3 is applicable to the determination of phosphorus content in tin bronze. Measuring range: >0.010%~0.50%. Method 4 is applicable to the determination of phosphorus content with a mass fraction of 0.000 5% to 0.5% in copper and copper alloys listed in ISO international standards.
