《GB/T 5158.4-2001金属粉末 总氧含量的测定 还原-提取法》由TC243(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国有色金属工业协会。
本标准规定了高温还原-提取测定金属粉末中不大于2%(质量分数)的总氧量的方法。本标准适用于各种金属、合金、碳化物(硬质合金)以及在测试条件下午挥发性组分的混合物粉末。也可用于测定烧结金属材料中的总氧量。样品可以是粉末状。粉末按供给状态进行分析。本方法不适合于含有润滑剂或粘结剂的粉末。如果样品中含有润滑剂或粘结剂,只有在首先采用某方法能完全除去这些物质而又不影响氧含量的情况下才可能使用本方法。


Scope

This standard specifies the method of high-temperature reduction-extraction determination of the total oxygen content in metal powders not greater than 2% (mass fraction). This standard applies to various metals, alloys, carbides (tungsten carbide) and mixture powders that have no volatile components under the test conditions. It can also be used to determine the total oxygen content in sintered metal materials. Samples can be powdered or briquetted. Powders are analyzed as supplied. This method is not suitable for powders containing lubricants or binders. If the sample contains lubricants or binders, this method should only be used if these substances are first completely removed by a method without affecting the oxygen content.
